Overview
Monopoly Big Baller brings three distinct puzzle games — Pair Circuit, Ball Merge, and Make Ten — into one single-player waterfront game-show experience, across a 36-level campaign and separate Endless runs. This Privacy Policy explains what information the game and its background services collect while you play, how that information is used, how long it is kept, and the controls you have over it.
Monopoly Big Baller uses a small set of well-established third-party services — Firebase Analytics, OneSignal, and the Google Play Install Referrer API — to keep the game stable, understand aggregate play patterns, and support relevant advertising. We do not sell your personal information, and we only collect what is reasonably needed to run and improve the game.
By downloading, installing, or playing Monopoly Big Baller, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
What We Collect
We collect three broad categories of information, plus a small amount of data that never leaves your device.
Personal Data
- Contact information you voluntarily provide if you email our support address, including your email address and the content of your message.
- We do not require an account or sign-in to play Monopoly Big Baller, and we do not knowingly collect names, phone numbers, or physical addresses through normal gameplay.
Technical Data
- Device model, operating system version, screen resolution, and general hardware performance characteristics.
- App version, install source, crash logs, and diagnostic identifiers used to keep the game stable.
- Advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID / Android AAID), where available. This identifier is retained only for as long as your device makes it available to us and is used solely for advertising and analytics purposes.
- IP address, used transiently for regional configuration and fraud prevention, and generally not stored in a form linked to your identity.
Usage Data
- Gameplay statistics such as level completions, stars, campaign history, Endless best scores, streaks, play counts, and recent results across all three games.
- Interaction data such as which boosters, stage themes, and modes you view or select, and settings changes.
- Push notification delivery and open events, where notifications are enabled.
On-Device Data
- Local save data — including your campaign progress, finale status, Spark balance, unlocked stage themes, and Records history — is stored directly on your device using local storage.
- This on-device data may be transmitted to our analytics or backend services for backup, cross-device sync (where offered), or troubleshooting purposes; it is not kept in isolation from the rest of this policy.
How We Use It
- To operate core gameplay features, including saving your campaign and finale progress, syncing your Records history, and rendering your unlocked stage themes.
- To diagnose crashes, performance issues, and bugs, and to improve level balancing, countdown timing, and controls over time.
- To understand aggregate player behavior — for example, which of the three games or modes is most played — so we can prioritize future updates.
- To deliver push notifications about events, new content, or re-engagement reminders, where you have allowed notifications.
- To serve and measure advertising, and to detect fraudulent installs or invalid ad traffic.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms of use.
Cookies & Similar Technologies
Monopoly Big Baller is a native mobile application and does not use browser cookies in the traditional sense. Instead, the game and its partners use comparable device-level technologies:
- SDK identifiers — Firebase Analytics and OneSignal assign internal instance identifiers to your install to distinguish sessions and deliver notifications reliably.
- Advertising identifiers — used by ad partners to measure campaign performance and avoid duplicate attribution for the same install.
- Local storage — used to remember your settings, save campaign progress, and record that you have completed onboarding.
You can reset your advertising identifier or limit ad tracking at any time in your device's system settings.
Advertising
Monopoly Big Baller may display in-game advertising and, separately, may promote itself through third-party ad networks. To support this, we work with industry-standard tools:
- Firebase Analytics — helps us understand engagement and measure the effectiveness of features and campaigns.
- Google Play Install Referrer — tells us, at install time, which campaign or source led to your download, so we can measure marketing performance. This is not an anonymous identifier; it is tied to your specific install event for attribution purposes.
- OneSignal — used for push notification delivery, and may also process device-level identifiers needed to route messages correctly.
Your advertising identifier (where available) is retained only for as long as your device makes it available to us and is used solely for advertising and analytics purposes. Where required by your region's law, ads may be limited to non-personalized delivery based on your consent choices, and you can opt out of interest-based advertising through your device's ad settings.
Currency & Virtual Items
Monopoly Big Baller uses an in-game currency, Sparks, earned exclusively by playing — through campaign levels, finales, and Endless runs. There are no real-money purchases in Monopoly Big Baller: Sparks cannot be bought, and nothing in the shop can be purchased with real currency. Sparks can be spent at fixed, clearly displayed costs on:
Boosters
- Hint, extra-time, Shuffle, and Undo — gameplay aids available across the three games. Each booster has a fixed effect and a fixed cost; none involve a chance-based or randomized outcome.
Stage Themes
- Four additional waterfront stage themes — decorative visual reskins of the game-show backdrop that do not change rules, timers, or scoring.
Player Content
Monopoly Big Baller's Records screen displays your own personal statistics — including campaign stars, Endless best scores by game, longest streaks, play counts, and recent results — generated from your gameplay. This content is visible to you within your own game instance.
- If Monopoly Big Baller offers a chosen in-game display name, that name is visible within the game and should not contain personal information you wish to keep private.
- We reserve the right to remove or reset display names or content that violates our community standards, including impersonation, harassment, or offensive language.
- Do not submit personal, sensitive, or identifying information into any in-game text field, as such fields are not designed for private communication.
Data Sharing
We share limited data with the following categories of third parties, strictly to operate the services described in this policy:
- Analytics providers (Firebase Analytics) — to measure engagement and stability.
- Notification providers (OneSignal) — to deliver push messages you have opted into.
- Attribution providers (Google Play Install Referrer) — to measure install sources.
- Advertising partners — where in-game or promotional advertising is served.
- Legal and safety authorities — where required to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights and safety of our players.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes without your consent, where required by applicable law.
Data Retention
We retain different categories of information for different lengths of time, depending on their purpose:
| Data Category | Retention Period |
|---|---|
| Gameplay & progress data (local + synced) | Duration of app install, plus up to 12 months after uninstall for restore purposes |
| Analytics & usage data | Up to 26 months |
| Advertising identifier | Retained only for as long as your device makes it available to us and is used solely for advertising and analytics purposes |
| Crash & diagnostic logs | Up to 90 days |
| Support correspondence (email) | Up to 24 months after resolution |
| Install referrer data | Up to 90 days after install |

- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data, including your local save and any synced backend records.
- Object to or restrict certain processing, including advertising-related processing.
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent (for example, push notifications or personalized ads).

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 13. You can also reset your advertising identifier, disable notifications, or uninstall the app at any time directly from your device.
Children's Privacy
Monopoly Big Baller is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information without appropriate parental consent, we will take steps to delete it.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details in Section 13 so we can investigate and, where appropriate, remove that information.
Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or the game itself. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this document, and where required by law, we will provide additional notice within the app.
We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of Monopoly Big Baller after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
